A talk I originally developed in support of the Madison Community Discourse study on happiness (if you haven't yet, be sure to check them out), I am pleased to be bringing this talk back to the Madison community (and beyond)!
Join me for this free workshop where we will work together to discover and define what healthy relationships look like and mean to each of us. We often get so caught up in the daily hustle we don’t get the chance to stop and reflect on how we are showing up in our relationships and the way our relationships serve us, especially our relationship with ourselves.
Through a mixture of didactic and hands-on learning and activities, we will work piece by piece to define your values, who it is we want to be, and examine how to bring that into different relationships in a meaningful way. We will explore communication styles, boundary setting and create our own alliance with ourselves, defining who will be when we show up for ourselves.
Feel free to invite anyone and everyone you think might be interested in attending and be sure to RSVP on the Facebook event so I have a rough count of attendees!
