We will explore methods in how to then set, evolve and maintain boundaries that work for and allow you to break free from the pressures pushed upon you. The importance here is being true to yourself and getting out of the pressures of 'supposed to' in order to find what works for you.

Finding Clarity in a World Full of Distortion

Throughout our lives, experiences and culture shape our views, attitudes and norms. While to some extent this is helpful and necessary, it often comes with rules, rigidity, “shoulds” and overall, a belief that we must stay on the never-ending chase to be enough. Join Kyira Wackett in learning about some of these unhelpful thinking patterns, rules of operation and distortions so that you can find the root of their development, understand the role they play in your life and rework the way you engage with them and their control in your life. Leave with a greater sense of freedom and alignment with your true self!

Know Your Worth & How to Communicate It

Seeing & honoring our worth is a difficult concept. Riddled with shame, fear and extrinsic motivation, it can be difficult to separate ourselves from this sea of pressure consuming us and to feel confident to stand alone. This leads so many of us to “play small”, blend in and conform to the “shoulds” and “supposed tos” in live, feeling disconnected from ourselves and never truly seeing success in our business and brand because it is not a reflection of us as a whole (read more).
